## Blink

### How does the free trial work?

Blink includes a 15-day trial of Pro features that starts the first time you open the app. After that, you can unlock Pro with a one-time purchase. There's no subscription.

### I bought Pro. How do I get it back on a new Mac?

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Blink, and choose **Restore Purchase**. Your Pro unlock will be restored for free.

### Breaks don't appear while I'm in a meeting or a full-screen app

That's Smart Behavior, a Pro feature. It holds breaks while you're presenting, in a call, or working full-screen. You can change it in Settings › Smart Behavior.

### Does Blink collect my data?

No. Your timing, stats and settings stay on your Mac. See the [Privacy Policy](https://vexil.io/privacy#blink).

## Bone Yard

### Where is my progress saved?

On your device only. There are no accounts, so deleting the game or switching phones starts a fresh save. Achievements and leaderboards stay with Game Center or Google Play Games if you use them.

### How do I play Versus with a friend?

Both phones need to be on the same Wi-Fi network. One player creates a room and shares the 4-letter code, and the other joins with it.

### How do I stop sending play statistics?

## Junk Magnet

### How do I move my scrapyard to a new phone?

In the game, open Settings and choose **Transfer Save**. Copy the code, then paste it into Transfer Save on your new device. Keep the code private, because anyone with it can load your save.

### Do I need to be online?

No. Junk Magnet plays fully offline, and there's no account to create.

### How do I stop sending gameplay statistics?

## Purchases & refunds

Purchases are processed by the store you bought from, so refunds are handled there. For the App Store, request a refund at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com). For Google Play, follow [Google Play's refund process](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). If something went wrong with a purchase, email us too and we'll help sort it out.
