# Bone Yard Privacy Policy

> Privacy policy for Bone Yard: Stickman Fighter. No accounts, no ads, progress stays on your device.

## The short version

Bone Yard: Stickman Fighter ("the game") is made by Vexil LLC. The game does not collect, sell or share your personal data. **There are no accounts and no ads.** Your progress stays on your device. The game sends anonymous play statistics so we can improve it, and you can turn that off in Settings.

## What the game stores

Your progress and your settings are saved only on your device, in the app's own storage. Progress includes stages, skulls, unlocked moves and looks, bones, trophies and your daily-challenge streak. Settings include volume, controls and graphics. Nothing is sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

## What the game does not do

- No account, sign-up, email or phone number.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No tracking across other apps or websites.
- No access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.

## Anonymous play statistics

To see where players get stuck and which modes they enjoy, the game uses [GameAnalytics](https://gameanalytics.com/privacy). It sends gameplay events and basic device information:

- when a fight starts, finishes or is quit, with the stage, time taken and score;
- bones earned and spent, and trophies unlocked;
- story scenes watched or skipped, and which menus were opened;
- game errors; and
- your device model, operating system version, app version and language.

GameAnalytics identifies your install with a random ID created on your device. That ID isn't your name, email or advertising identifier, it doesn't identify you, and it isn't used to track you across other apps. GameAnalytics works out your country from your network address and doesn't keep the address.

**To stop sending statistics, turn off Settings › Share play stats.** Deleting the app deletes the random ID. To ask for an install's statistics to be deleted, email [support@vexil.io](mailto:support@vexil.io).

## Versus (two phones)

To connect two phones, the game briefly uses the free PeerJS connection service and a public STUN server. These introduce the phones to each other using a random 4-letter room code. After that, the phones talk to each other directly, and on the same Wi-Fi the game traffic stays on your local network. Only your device's network address passes through these services, only while connecting, and we don't receive or store it. The only game data exchanged is button presses and your fighter's look.

## Replay clips

When you tap Share clip, the game records a short video of your fight on your device and opens your phone's share sheet. The clip only leaves your device if you choose where to send it. We never receive it.

## Game Center and Google Play Games

If you're signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), the game may send your achievements and leaderboard scores to that service. Apple and Google handle this under their own privacy policies: [Apple](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) and [Google](https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can sign out of these services in your device settings. The game may also occasionally show the system's own rating prompt. Ratings go directly to Apple or Google, and we never see who rated.

## Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

## Changes

If the game ever collects more data, for example if ads are added, we'll update this policy before that version is released.
