## Overview

Blink is a native macOS menu bar app that helps you follow the 20-20-20 rule without breaking your flow: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Keep a gentle countdown in your menu bar, take or snooze a break in one click, and rest with a full-screen break that guides a short eye exercise.

## Highlights

- **Always one click away:** Pause, resume, snooze or take a break right from the menu bar.
- **Breaks you look forward to:** A calm full-screen moment instead of a nagging pop-up.
- **Stays on your Mac:** All timing and stats stay local. Nothing is uploaded.
